Refund Policy

When you enrol on a course, you are entering a legal agreement under common law, in which you agree to abide by the conditions of enrolment (including meeting stated payments), in exchange for the service offered by Warnborough College in the delivery of the course.

While we do our best to accommodate situations our learners may face, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any changes in your circumstances.

Should you wish to cancel or change your enrolment, you must apply in writing to the Registrar according to the following conditions:

  1. Within 28 days:  a refund will be given – less an administration fee of 15% (or £50, whichever is less) calculated on the total amount of tuition fees paid at the time of cancellation. The student must ensure that the request in writing has been received by Warnborough College. You have the option to change your course to another (of the same value) without incurring additional charges. Alternatively, you may apply to transfer the use of the course to a different person.
  2. After 28 days:  no refunds will be given under any circumstances. For a period up to 2 months of course material access, you may apply to transfer your enrolment to a friend, relative or colleague who agrees to take over the enrolment. An administration fee of £75 will apply in these circumstances.
  3. Deferment:  You may apply to defer your studies for up to 12 months.  Your deferment application must be supported in writing by documentation that explains why you need to do this. Recommencement fees may apply, please contact the school for more details.  There is no charge for this.
